Taking a Break... To Heal.
To my friends and Crusader readers...
For personal (medical) reasons, I will be taking a break from posting on the blog. Perhaps a week or two, but if it extends past that, I will surely let you all know by March 31st. I have included the reason behind the decision below, so if you are interested, you can find out more, or just move on after reading this. I hope that you will return when this is over.
Some of you are aware that I have been experiencing some serious health issues during the past few years. After a relatively not very eventful life of few health related problems, the past three years has pretty much changed that "lucky" streak I've had throughout my life.
In August, 2011 I began experiencing symptoms of an ulcer in my upper stomach. This was due to the medication I was taking for my bad knees, and was basically what kept me functioning at work. The condition unfortunately caused a quick and drastic weight loss of 20 pounds in roughly two weeks, basically because I could not eat more than say half of a sandwich at best without feeling "full." Naturally, that is a symptom of cancer, and immediately the doctors want to run a camera down my throat to see what was up. I suggested that perhaps we give the medication a chance to work before filming commercials in my stomach. The ulcer abated after about a month and a half, which is great and was also unexpected. Just as the ulcer was resolved, BAM!
During the last few days of September, 2011, I began to notice that a pain in my left leg refused to go away. Not only that, one leg had swollen to almost two times the size of the other leg. Making a long story short, I was hospitalized.with a confirmed blood clot in my leg for four days. I have not been to my "day job" since then, and have been trying to be consistent with posting on this blog. I was told that I could not work for three months.
My "day job" is very physically demanding, so not being at work has caused my weight to naturally increase, and after the rapid weight loss, then rapid weight gain, I have come down with Diabetes which at this point is resistant to being controlled by medication. My blood sugar numbers are two to three and a half times higher than "normal" so we are trying to get that under control.
I am making efforts to do what I can to bring the weight down and walk around the block, do some stationary bike riding, etc... but basically I feel tired all the time. You would figure that by NOT working, I wouldn't be tired, but I find that I am more tired than if I had worked.
Anyway, with the new round of meds, and possibly looking at injections if these don't work, it is taking a toll on me, and I was really surprised that it has been a week since my last blog post. In my mind it was two days, so I really think I need a small break from this to concentrate of getting better.
I will try to post if something important comes up, but my friends I really hope to just rest and try to get better so I have decided that concentrating on the new meds is the priority. I won't be posting if I die, right, so I really need to focus on preventing that meeting with the Grim Reaper.
I hope that you will understand what I am undergoing and I would like to thank you all in advance for your prayers and well wishes. I will do my best to get back to this as quickly as I can. Please understand that while blogging may seem simple, and it is, it does add to your stress levels as far as looking for relevant topics, then putting it all together, and hoping that what you say makes sense.
I cannot do things around the house so I will dedicate some additional time to rearranging the photos on my PC which were erased after an accidental hard drive reformat. When you recover the files, they are all renamed numerically, not to mention that you also get multiple copies of the same pics which as you know get scattered on your hard drive as your system fragments. It's one heck of a chore.

Stll Burning the Midnight Oil -- And Your Pastor Signed This?
My friends -
Please accept my most humble apologies for not posting the promised piece on the "Apostate Church." I have been spending countless hours reading a wide range of opinions regarding this topic and have come to the conclusion that more research is needed if I want to be true to my mission of being honest and truthful to you the reader. When I believe that I have crossed all the "t"s and dotted all the "i"'s, I will post the conclusions.
I personally believe that the Christian church -- from one end to the other -- has slowly become weak on the preaching of the cross, and heavy on the "politically correct, feel good Gospel. For some time, now, the influence of Freemasonry and other forces of Satan have infiltrated the Church to some of the highest levels. Pope Paul VI declared "the smoke of Satan has entered the Church." The decline has been steady and noticeable to those of us who see the church an a much broader sense than those who just see the church through the prism of their own denomination.
Now why is this topic so complicated? Well, I blogged about the church that removed it's cross from the steeple in order to become "more inclusive." I have read about a church that is brewing it's own beer. Another is meeting at a bar. What's up with that? We should reach out to the alcoholic, not become one. Another church is building a combined church/mosque building. What am I missing here? Others preach "feel good" religion while dismissing the message of the cross. Some churches embrace things like "Christian heavy metal or rock, or rap." Some are even going as far as changing the Word of God, especially where it involves homosexuality. I need to remind everyone that it is not the Christian that has a problem with homosexuality, it is God, and just because some apostate Pastor convinces his church that this is a Biblical error. A Biblical error? Disregarding the Word of God is the error! What a shame for a church to diminish the cross, and raise up the rainbow banner of homosexuality and somehow think that this is what God wants. We need to embrace the sinner, and tell him that he is sinning! Accepting any sin is not in line with scripture, and I include those Pastors who tell you not to divorce your spouse, and they wind up divorcing their own spouse!

Your Pastor Signed this Document --
As an Officer of the State
Source: JamesRussellPublishing.com
This is truly shocking, if it is in fact the truth. Your Pastor signed a government document (Internal Revenue Service Church Tax Guide) where he promised that he would...
NEVER expose or warn you of a false teaching or if an unfaithful under-shepherd is preaching a false gospel.
NEVER preach a sermon condemning sodomites or declare that they will never be members of his church.
NEVER expose or renounce other religious beliefs that are apostate and unbiblical.
NEVER declare that his church is controlled by Jesus Christ, and Him alone and there is no other authority.
NEVER preach politically incorrect sermons of any or all apostasies infiltrating true Christianity.
NEVER preach subjects in the Bible that God hates; idolatry, homosexuality, false shepherds, lying church denominations. He will not preach the entire Gospel.
NEVER tell us who to vote for that will benefit the church or society or endorse a candidate to oppose an anti-Christian candidate.
NEVER expose abortion clinics in your own town by revealing the manes of the doctors or lead a protest.
HE WILL NOT CRY OUT WARNINGS
NEVER voice opposition of politicians enacting laws that will harm Christians. He can't be a watchman.
HE WILL NOT PREACH THE ENTIRE GOSPEL
NEVER tell the congregation that anti-Christ regulations are censoring the sermons and preaching of the Pastor and the government tells the Pastor what he can or cannot preach in the pulpit. Sermons are secretly censured.
THE GREAT FALLING AWAY IS HERE
NEVER tell you the government owns the church via incorporation laws and if certain sermons are preached, the church will be confiscated and church members put in prison! Secrets your Pastor hides from you.
HE IS A GOVERNMENT SPY
NEVER reveal the Pastor is reporting church members names, donations, time and other private matters to the government. Yes he is. He is required to by law.
HE IS A DANGEROUS HIRELING
NEVER let on that the Pastor is the hireling of the state, that he is an "officer" of the state, doing state business.
GOVERNMENT TELLS HIM WHAT TO PREACH
NEVER tell the congregation that the state controls the church, the Pastor and the doctrines of the church.
SUPRESS THE TRUE AND COMPLETE GOSPEL
NEVER reveal that Pastor, Bishop, Elders and Deacons are "trustees" subject to these incorporation laws that will prevent them from preaching certain Bible teachings.
YOUR CHURCH IS A GOVERNMENT CHURCH
NEVER disclose that the church belongs to the Pastor and is held in "trust" to the state. "Government owned church."
HE WORKS FOR CEASAR, NOT GOD
NEVER refrain from telling all church members each April they must pay taxes to the state. A Pastor must do this or he will lose his church. But he pays no taxes.
HE WILL ONLY SAY NICE THINGS
NEVER expose the licensing of cult churches planned for your city, or renounce pornography establishments, un-Biblical school teachings, sinful events, etc. in your community. The Pastor must remain silent and not warn you of the danger. He has betrayed his trust and his Lord.
I'm adding one here...
NEVER tell you that in an emergency, he will be asking that you turn over your weapons to the military or government thereby leaving you defenseless. Look at New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. Guns were confiscated, and Posse Comitatus laws overturned thereby legalizing US Troops patrolling certain areas within the United States which was enacted in 1878.

If You're a Taxpayer, the "Needy" Live the High Life on You!
Above you will find a store receipt for some pretty extravagant items, all paid for by the taxpayer who is forced to subsidize so called "needy" people.
I checked Snopes.com and it is legitimate.
Apparently the purchase of such items is not illegal, which is interesting.Perhaps it's time to demand better accounting of our hard earned and worked for money that is confiscated by government and transferred to the non-producers of our society.
Thank you oh great Bama! Yabba Dabba Do!

Atheists -- Get Funnier and Kookier Everyday
Later this month, the atheists are supposed to gather for a convention in order to shout "SCIENCE" and "EVOLUTION" and "MATH" and "PRIMORDIAL SLIME" and "DARWIN" and be filled with the "REASON" (what ever that means) and have decided to place billboards in Williamsburg Brooklyn (NY) which has a large Jewish population
and also in Paterson, NJ which has a large Muslim population.
These are the same people that tell us we shove our God down their throats. Really? Hey! Atheists! Holding your breath and telling us that there is no God does not prove that He does not exist!
He're the billboard the Crusader would put up.
